AI Transformation

Change shouldn't belong
to big companies alone.

AI adoption support for small businesses

Not "how to use AI" — I rebuild how the work runs, until your own staff can change it themselves.

Your Challenges

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • “We don't have enough people”

  • “The work lives in one person's head”

  • “Too busy to fix how we work”

  • “Too small to hire a system company”

  • “We want to use AI, but don't know where to start”

  • “We ran AI training, but nobody actually uses it”

  • “The SaaS we pay for is hard to work with”

  • “There is no budget to invest in IT”

If even one of them fits,
I can help.

The Shift

Systems: from having them built, to changing them yourself

  4. Ask for changes You

Time to start months

From here

Your team builds it

Hands working at a laptop
  1. Say what you want You
  2. Build it AI
  3. Fix and extend AI
  4. Decide if it's right You

Time to start same day

Service

First session 2 hours to the first result

Not a seminar. We take a real task from your work and make it run before I leave.

  1. 01

    Claude Code, explained

What it is, and what it can take off your plate.

  2. 02

    Set up, on the spot

Accounts and your PC, ready before I leave.

  3. 03

    One job, automated

We pick a real task from your work and automate it that day.

Then I hand it over

  1. 01

    I do it

I interview the work, design the flow, and automate it.

  2. 02

    We do it together

I design. Your team does the hands-on work.

  3. 03

    You do it

Your team designs and automates it, start to finish.

If it needs a real system built, I build that too — same person, no handoff.
